Who takes care of your web pages once they are finished?

A website needs maintenance:

• Contents need to be updated.
• Links to external Sites must be checked periodically and if necessary be removed or changed.
• All Subpages need to betested for correct functionality continuously.
• Guestbook entries have to be read, checked for illegal contents and if necessary be commented or removed - daily if possible!
